We at Nu-Insight offer a range of coaching models, generally identifying evidence-based approaches that match the right coach (applying the right coaching intervention) to the specific need. Our five pillar "Insightful Coaching" model is based on our core beliefs of coaching, which are;

2. The coach is fluid in relation to the client’s needs and wants in achieving the results
3. The whole life of the client is coached
4. The coach is allowed to challenge complacency at any stage

There is a clear difference between coaching (asking, prompting, listening) and mentoring (telling, directing, answering).

Step 3: Follow up observed coaching and feedback (6-8 weeks later)
On completion of the three day coaching program delegates can
register for membership with ILM(Institute of Leadership and Management).
Nu-Insight is in the process of becoming a recognised Coaching Training
program/centre with ILM (level 5)
Each candidate will receive the Nu-Insight
certificate of completion, once they have undergone the observed stage of
the coaching program.
